Through the meeting request form we collect: full name, company, work email, role, company size, industry, a description of the operational problem, systems in use and preferred language. Phone number and additional context are optional.

No special categories of personal data are collected. This form does not request data about your own company's end customers.

Data is processed solely to assess the fit of the request, respond to it and, where applicable, prepare and maintain the business relationship.

The legal basis is the explicit consent you give by ticking the form checkbox, together with the legitimate interest in handling commercial requests addressed to NexoOS.

Requests are retained for as long as there is mutual commercial interest, and for a maximum of twenty-four months from the last contact, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Data is stored on the infrastructure of the hosting and database provider named in the controller details. Data is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes, and no international transfers take place outside the processors named here.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection by writing to the contact address given on this page.

You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

This site does not use analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Only the technical storage strictly necessary to remember your selected language is used.

If an analytics tool is introduced in future, prior consent will be requested through a specific notice and this page will be updated.
